- stuff are great , mr.ayman is very generous man with his assistants , - WiFi is good - very good location - breakfast is good and tasty

- path room is good looking but with no any hot water ... We couldn't take showr - need al lot of renovation for electrical suppliers and door locks - need more cleaning , from entrance to rooms - not valuable for paid money - have all potentials to be excellent but may be there is a problem

Old rooms with very few modern tech , old tv , big key to rooms , bad bathroom with bad smell and poor water ,

In general , I fully suspect that it is 3 star hotel ( no minimum facilities were available ), it maximum one star, and this clearly from the first look ( front desk ), nothing was good, and it was a bad experience with this hotel, I never recommend the same to anyone.

It was very bad experience, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is smelly, unclean, the bed matrisses is very poor and uncomfortable, and the staff is unprofessional at all. We request an iron, they told us they do not have any, and they told us they can send the items outside the hotel. The parking they refuse to let us park in front the hotel as they told us the manager refuse any guest to park in front the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to any one.

The TV worked, but only because the person who brought my luggage to the room turned it on. I didn't know how so I kept it on. You can be standing near the Mediterranean in about 2 minutes.

Everything in this hotel is really old. It was clean, but it was like cleaning a 50 year old carpet. The staff didn't speak English well, including the person working reception, so everything had to be said several times and acted out. The wifi worked in the lobby, but only sometimes in the room. I never figured out why it worked or didn't work. The bathroom wasn't cleaned everyday and I always had to ask for towels and tissue paper. The first room, the air conditioner didn't work so they moved me to another room. The bed was hard and I couldn't make a dent in it no matter how hard I tried. The free breakfast is very minimum- boiled egg, bread, cucumber, coffee, tea. If you don't plan to be in the room for long, comfort is not high on your list and money is an issue, stay at this hotel.

the fact that hotel guests were left waiting or without attention whilst outside guests used the bar, restaurant and rooftop cafe. There is only one working lift and I had to wait sometimes ten minutes to get to my room! There was no space to sit at the hotel bar because of outside groups and room service could not be bothered to serve hotel guests. One doorman in particular was inappropriate and cheeky.

I honestly liked nothing except the guy on the reception who was understanding

Smelly rooms. We found cockroaches in the room and the room service is totally fine with that. AWFUL breakfast and we decided we are not going to eat it just by looking at it. Cockroaches walking on the restaurant walls. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel.

We donˇt suggest this hotel, for people who are not ready to suffer or be very very flexible.All rooms smelts like smoke. WC is not in good condition as also we did not had a toilet paper and clean blanket., and we got it only on the requests.

Cleanliness of the property. The room air was not fresh they didn't even open the window to change the room air and it was stinky. Bathroom had alive cockroaches. I had to leave 1 day earlier of 2 days stay because i didn't want to stay one more night in it and I decided to forget about the booking cost.

Proximity near the tram station.

Air condition was not working properly. Appliances and fittings inside the bedroom and toilet are falling apart or malfunction. Water leaking from the ceiling at the restaurant.

I like the location of the hotel which is centralised. The staff tries hard to help us in anyway with their limited English. But the receptionists are well conversed in English and this helped a lot during our stay there.

The toilet has no proper drainage at the main area therefore it got really floody if we spilled water on the floor. The drainage is only at the shower area.
